- Negotiating settlement with two class actions, an electricity company and 7 underwriters on behalf of an aerial surveillance company arising from bushfires in the Blue Mountains.
- Negotiating settlements of commercial disputes arising from bushfires, train derailments, aviation incidents and contractual disputes for various SMEs.
- Appearing in and defeating the Australian Tax Office in representative proceedings concerning taxation of compensation of water rights for cotton farmers in Northern NSW (Carberry v Commissioner of Taxation).
- Negotiating settlement of a NYSE listed multinational that repudiated an exclusive distribution agreement in the EFTPOS banking sector for a NZX listed entity.
- Negotiating settlements of fraudulent activity by directors and employees concerning investors and other third parties for a FMCG company and a company in the hospitality industry.
