• Appearing in and defeating the Australian Tax Office in representative proceedings concerning taxation of compensation of water rights for cotton farmers in Northern NSW (Carberry v Commissioner of Taxation).
• Negotiating settlement of a NYSE listed multinational that repudiated an exclusive distribution agreement in the EFTPOS banking sector for a NZX listed entity.
• Negotiating settlements of fraudulent activity by directors and employees concerning investors and other third parties for a FMCG company and a company in the hospitality industry.
