We value fair play. Negotiating contracts with a “winner takes all” approach results in protracted lead times, sub-optimal outcomes or worse still, a failed deal. A fair deal means there is reward for both parties and the foundation for a long term, mutually beneficial relationship. Our fees are highly competitive. We don’t have harbour views or an art collection. Like many of our clients, we run on lean overheads. We maximise the benefit you get from your legal spend by taking the time to understand your needs and your legal budget. We will direct you to self-help options where available. Depending on the volume and complexity of work involved, we will provide you with a fixed price or hourly rate. If you require regular, ongoing legal services, you may be interested in our subscription services for an agreed number of hours per month at a reduced rate.
